Registration and first purchase
You can browse our website without identifying yourself, but if you want to make a purchase, it is essential that you enter your data and the system recognizes you as a registered user.
To do this, access the "START SESSION" section that you will find in the upper right area of the web. Indicate your email and click on "CREATE ACCOUNT".
We will request a series of personal data necessary to offer you the best support as a user of our online store. Complete the indicated fields, click on "REGISTER ME" and ... ready! You can start buying now.
You will not receive validation emails because your email will already be automatically registered in our database.
If you are already a registered user, it is possible that you save the data on your computer and it is not necessary that you have to identify yourself every time you enter the web. If the configuration of your browser does not save the data, you would have closed session on your last visit or you connect from a device for the first time, enter your EMAIL and PASSWORD in the "START SESSION" ... and start browsing !.
If you have reached the shopping cart without having identified yourself as a user, we will direct you directly to the login area so that you can do so and complete the order.
maazi.es is designed to make your shopping experience very simple and visual. At the top of the page you will always see the menu with all the product categories that appear on sale at any time. Below we detail how a complete purchase process is carried out:
1. Add products to the cart:
Enter any category of products and click on the photo of the model you want to buy. You will access directly to his general information sheet where you can find out more details about the garment, its characteristics, consult the size guide and quickly know the main information about the shipping process.
To buy it, select size and / or color if applicable (if it is a single color or size, the selector will not appear) and click on "ADD TO CART".
A window will open so you can check that it has been added correctly. To continue buying, close it in the X that you will see in the upper right area of this window. When you have returned to the web, you will see that in the CART (icon shopping basket in the upper right area of the website) the product has already been added and it will always indicate the number of products you have added. Repeat this process until you have all the items you want to buy in your basket.
2. Cart review and purchase completion:
Access the CART and check all the products it contains. You can continue buying simply by closing it in the upper right X or moving towards the closing of the order in FINALIZE PURCHASE.
Before entering the payment process you can review again the list of items you are going to buy and add units of something that you have already selected in the +/- or add new products to the cart by clicking FOLLOWING BUYING.
When you have everything you want to buy, click NEXT. If you have not identified yourself, it will ask for your user data to continue advancing.
3. DELIVERY ADDRESS:
check the delivery and / or billing address in which you want to receive your purchase. You can choose one that you have already saved in your address book when doing the registration (it will be shown by default and you only have to select it), edit them in "UPDATE" or indicate a new one in ADD NEW ADDRESS.
4. DELIVERY FORM:
Once the address is configured, it indicates the delivery method you prefer to receive your purchase. There are 2 options: pick up at our store in A Coruña (free), or send by courier 24 / 48h. (check the rates in the "SENDS" section).
5. FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Once you have selected the delivery mode, indicate the payment method you prefer. There are 2 options: debit or credit card and PayPal. Both have no additional cost on the purchase price or shipping of the items you have purchased. Enter the data that is requested in each case as appropriate, and click on PAY.
6. PURCHASE CONFIRMATION:
Upon receiving confirmation of payment in our systems, we will send you an email confirming the order and with all the necessary information so you can review the data and track your shipment.
You can receive your order at the address you have indicated in the purchase process, or pick it up at our store in A Coruña.
From € 150 purchase, shipping is completely FREE for deliveries in Spain (peninsula and islands).
For orders less than € 150, shipping costs are established according to geographical area:
- Spain (peninsula and islands): 6 €.
- Europe: 15 €
- International: 30 €
If you need to receive it more urgently than expected or consult any doubt regarding the cost or delivery time to any destination, please contact us by phone (981 210 533) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will provide you with all the information as soon as possible.
The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, duty, fee or surcharge.
If you have selected the option "receive at home", you will receive your order at the address you have indicated, by general rule, in 24 / 48h. After completing the online purchase process and having received our confirmation email. If you need to receive it more urgently, please contact us by phone (981 210 533) or email (pedidos@maazí.com) and we will try to make it as fast as possible.
If you prefer to pick it up at our store in A Coruña (C / Teresa Herrera 12-14 15004 A Coruña), your order will be ready for the same day of purchase, provided you do it before 4pm. For purchases from 4pm, you can pick it up the next day.
In the section "Order history and details" of your personal area you can view the list and information about the orders you have made.
Once the payment has been checked in our systems, we will deliver your order to our courier company and they will contact you directly via sms and / or email so you can do all the tracking until you have received it.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Access the order in your personal area of the web and click on RETURN. You will be opened an email window directed to email@example.com. Write us what item you wish to return and the reason, or if you prefer, contact us by phone.
In the same box in which you have received your order (whenever possible, if it has deteriorated, you can make another package, ensuring that the products are well protected), enter the item to return.

The expenses originated by the return of orders will be at the expense of the buyer whenever it is cancellation or changes in size, color, model or other characteristic, as well as change of opinion or error of the moment of placing the order.
If the return is due to a defective product, the return costs (postage and return) will be charged to MAAZÍ provided that the buyer communicates this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order (phone or email)
Only the return will be accepted, if the returned product is in perfect condition, except for the cases of tare previously indicated, which will be valid as long as they are notified at the moment of reception. (tlf email)
Once received and checked the status of the item returned at the address indicated, the money will be paid in the same way as the payment was made.
We recommend making the shipment with TRACKING NUMBER or LOCATOR provided by the transport agency, so that you have at all times the voucher in case of loss of the package.
